We make every effort to display products as accurately as possible, but colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings.

3. Order Fulfillment

Products sold on this website are produced and shipped through our fulfillment partner, Printify.
Once an order is placed, it is automatically sent for production. Because items are printed on demand, processing times may vary by product and shipping destination.
Typical production time:
2–7 business days.
Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices listed on this website are in USD. 
We reserve the right to modify prices, products, or services at any time without notice.
Payments are processed securely through the payment systems provided by Wix.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Because items are printed specifically for each order, returns and exchanges are limited.
We only replace or refund items if they are:
• defective
• damaged during shipping
• incorrectly produced
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can assist you.
Requests sent after this timeframe may not be eligible for replacement.

6. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, graphics, and content featured on this website are the original work of Joshua Tonus and are the property of Tonus Tees.
These materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
Unauthorized use of our artwork or designs may result in legal action.
