Frequently asked questions
General
All products are made to order. Orders typically take 2–7 business days to be produced before they are shipped.
You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
Our products are produced through our fulfillment partner, Printify. Items are printed and shipped from production facilities closest to the delivery destination when possible.
Tonus Tees offers products featuring original artwork by Joshua Tonus, including:
• Clothing
• Stickers
• Tote Bags
Each design begins as a hand-painted or digital artwork before being adapted for different products.
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selections or buyer’s remorse.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will help resolve the issue.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us with:
• your order number
• a description of the issue
• clear photos of the item
Once we review the issue, we will arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Because orders are sent to production shortly after purchase, we may not be able to cancel or modify an order once it has been placed. If you need help with an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
All artwork featured on Tonus Tees products is created by artist Joshua Tonus and is adapted from original hand-painted or digital designs.
