Thank you for shopping with Tonus Tees. Each product is made especially for you once an order is placed. Because our items are produced on demand, shipping and return policies are slightly different from traditional retail stores.

Order Processing

All products are printed and fulfilled through our production partner, Printify.

Orders typically take 2–7 business days to be produced before they are shipped. During busy seasons or high order volume, production times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been produced and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier used.

Estimated shipping times:

• United States: 3–7 business days

Please note that these are estimates and delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, or high seasonal demand.

Tonus Tees is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once an order has left the production facility.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already entered production or shipped, we may not be able to make changes or offer a replacement.

Returns and Exchanges

Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• incorrect size selections
• buyer’s remorse
• ordering the wrong product

Please review size charts and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To help resolve the issue quickly, include:

• your order number
• a description of the problem
• clear photos of the item and the issue

If the issue is confirmed, we will gladly arrange for a replacement or refund.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us so we can help investigate with the shipping carrier.
